Office Administrator Position
Responsibilities
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. Liaising with internal departments and answering calls
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
- Scheduling appointments and sending reminders
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
- Interfacing with incoming client requests
- Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
- Respond to customer enquiries and complains
- Attend conferences and training
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Skills
- Speak clear English and Russian
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Team player
- Familiar with software systems, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
